We are looking to ensure complete compliance with company law. This includes revamping our stationary

What is the minimum required concerning running a limited company, where is this information best found and are there any examples posted

Our current stationary has our company number on it but having looked at it again does not state registered in england and wales!

With the abolition of the requirement for a company secratary where does the registered offices now lie? (our accountant acted as our sec and hence their premises were our reg office - this is now not the case) is the registered office now at the business premises and where is it required to be changed
