Common sense Mike, pure common sense.
e.g. Open Mind Hosting are a bunch of socially inverted idiots who couldn't host a **** up in a brewery would very likely get you banned.
Open Mind Hosting are ok but I wish they would ring me back within 10 seconds instead of 30 is constructive feedback.
