Is it a brand for the clothes or a name for the company...?
You could check whether it is a registered trademark in the US, but
how about taking a leaf out of the "A team" book BA Baracus and use:
"Mister T"
and I suppose Mrs T.... for the ladyfit versions...
is that tacky or what?
