I believe it has helped me....have to admit I was struggling at first to grasp the concepts and spent way to much time reading and not actually doing....(something I think all us "newbies" are guilty of) thinking it was some sort of black art that I could never do. SEO was for the big boys and I couldn't possibly compete.
But it isnt.....and I CAN...
I am seeing results on some of my pages but I need more time to evaluate properly, one that will be interesting is my Home page, taken advice gleaned from here and elsewhere and have implemented it. At the moment I do not rank at all for it....only made the changes a few days ago so only time will tell.
One thing I will say is that if you are serious about having a profitable web site then you just DO have to do some work, there are no free meal tickets (although I will keep trying
).
