Silly question...
When you say: 'we're a small brand identity agency' - do you refer to your company being small or your target clients?
I could be splitting hairs but the fact is it is not clear (well, it wasn't to me). If you refer to your company as small, I would have to ask why? It seems slightly self-deprecating. If it is your clients, then I think you need to make this clear as it is probably an important niche that has been overlooked by other agencies.
