Our eshop package is limited in its cross over to ebay as it wants to take customers away from ebay to palce an order ... did not know this when I signed up.

It's good idea to get some sales at ebay but you should work on this clients to make them customers of your store. And work on store SEO also. There are a lot of free ways to promote store. Also i see you are using store with url that isn't good for SEO. What platform do you use?
