Click the checkbox next to Notification to check all threads, scroll down and from the drop down options on the left select "Delete subscription"
If you don't want to be automatically subscribed, go to your options (
http://www.a1businessforums.co.uk/fo...do=editoptions)
and under the "Default Thread Subscription Mode" change the choice to the one that suits.
