What was said was constructive - and nothing on the list will cost a lot of money
If you have traffic you CAN convert it!
Question - HOW much traffic do you have? It is important - because kay and I may make you an offer to do something valuable free - all part of a "hush hush" thing project we have.
Just look at the list...
(a) Get a name, address, and telephone number - that alone will help convert.
(b) Stop using round pound prices ....change 1400 to 1397 or 1417 or something
and make sure you either include or exclude VAT specifically
(c) Make your delivery terms explicit! - Dell used to take 2 weeks , it isnt a killer but people want to know!
(d) Also Get a face up on the site - and my suggestion is use it as the face on an online help desk ( free scripts available to embed if you look around) - you could equally put it next to the phone number.
(e) Put credit card logos UP!! they are free!
(f) And here is where Kay and I might help....get a more professional header graphic
I think just the above is enough to convert some sales.
Then
(f) Look hard at your compettitors to find a USP
What traffic are you getting and to what terms?
