HB, for what you pay with VM with the extra phone line you may as well get the VOiP package from Skype.
Free international calls and skype in/out number for about 8 quid a month I think. Good thing about that also is, well, international calls are free and I know there not with VM.
It's a good option to go down to certainly consider.
