Total Choice Hosting.

Until today I would have sung their praises BUT when I went to my site this morning there is just a message saying my site has been suspended (how's that for telling customers you don't pay bills). I checked my billing account and nothing owing, my site has no adult content and I have used a very small part of my bandwidth. I went to their "24/7 live chat" and it was offline ..... maybe they have more than 24 hours in a day!!!!!

I finally just got the techi people who said there is nothing wrong with the site or server but the billing people have suspended the account and I will have to wait another 3 hours until their department opens at 10am their time to find out why.

I have had no email notification warning me it was to be suspended or to say it had been suspended.... zero, nothing nada ... they just switched me off ..... their customer service sucks.

So stay away from Total Choice Hosting ........ I am LIVID to say the least.
