You really do not want to start thinking straight away about a LTD for a brand new business unless your accountant has specifically told you this would be the best structure. The costs of running it correctly along with the extra admin are just unnecessary.
For example I started off as a sole trader just doing web design with the hosting alongside. A year later I incorporated and because of the advice I took at the time, had to pay no tax for my first year.
Now all of my sites run under the LTD company but are just prefixed by t/a so Open Minded Solutions t/a Open Mind Hosting
As far as my account go, everything goes through the LTD and I use QuickBooks classes to separate the revenue/costs. This means I know exactly how well each section is doing.
Take professional advice first and you will reap the rewards later.
