Could not find any address details for you, which I think is off putting, your side menu text is too small, too long and not presented as well as it could be. Seen worse, but might want to think about reducing the quantity and the number of times you say "promotional"...looks like you have written out lines!

I think you need to be a lot clearer on your home page about what you do...Do you print, etch, design? How do you do it? Who do you do it for? Why do you do it? Are you price or quality led?

The site appears to have no meta discription, keywords and very little SEO of any description. Are you selling anything online yet?
