Regarding the Keywords & Density, i have just produced a couple of pages and was wondering if this is the correct route i should be going down.
Both have keyword density of approx 5%

Am i doing this the right way because there are other keywords i want to start producing content for but don't want to waste my time if i've gone about it the wrong way
