Can a C&D letter be enforceable under the context of spamming ?
I have some Indian based in Packistan basically spamming me to use a website to buy products at trade prices
I never intent to buy from them even though they do advertise in the trade magazines etc that I receive
But they have basically harvested all information from my website and using any means necessary to spam me
So if I send them a C&D can it be enforceable?
