This is not just about adwords, it is about internet marketing.
First make your site Sticky. Give them a reason to sign u
eg Offer a downloadable guide on a wedding budget, wedding checklist,....etc that qualifies who comes as your kind of customer- And also catch them early.
Also your site is not up to the job. You are an artist and you must wow your future customers with pictures. So get a site which allows you to showcase what you do.
It does not need to be expensive, even wordpress and plugins will do - it must impress with photographs.
Then start focussing on traffic.
Start looking at PLACEMENT TARGETTED ...that means looking for sites that rank for your keywords and directories, eg freeindex, UKSBD....get google to list them but check everyone.
Only pick sites that carry ads on first fold - and consider using image ads on CPM
Also get into the heads of your customers - what are they looking at (eg budgets) before they need you? - what are they reading? Which books? etc etc....Which groups are they a member of. This is mindset marketing...target your ads to those.
It seems to me you need an internet marketing strategy, not just adwords!!
