No your not. (Sorry fee!) You're selling a house, it's a head decision not a heart one. (Buying a house is probably a heart decision, but selling has to be head first). You have to leave the attachment behind and move it into your new house. Don't worry about whether or not you like them, worry about whether or not they're going to pay full asking price.
