ah fair enough, you know more details than me as I
can't find that info on the BBC or Sky news site. If that's the case she should be charged with careless driving or something like that.
Saying that, its still not her fault the little girl was riding along in the road when she was accompanied by her father, who himself was driving a 4x4 in front of these kids, and no doubt blocked the view for the woman coming in the other direction.
