Following Carl Jung's studies, there are 4 main personality types. These 4 types are each attracted to advertising in their different ways. For some its the text layout, for others its the images. It also depends on the creative display of such information as to which Types you will attract using psychometrics.
It is also possible to work out the main Types who buy gadgets, for instance. Or a certain type of car or eco/green items, even work out vegetarians! Of course this involves a lot of psychometric assessments but once you know your main Type who buys from you, you can create your marketing materials for best effect.
