It's very unlikely that any virus or trojan would cause pixelation or segmentation, viruses no longer seek attention by doing odd things to your screen, they're now dedicated to stealing passwords, financial information or taking remote control without you knowing. It's possible you're suffering from a hardware fault. Take a look at your event log (start > run > eventvwr > [enter]) and look at the system application log, you're looking for error events.
