This could be a good thread; why dont we all add those we feel are 8/10 or more?
East is East in Manchester city centre (top of Deansgate) is excellent for food and service. (you need to book even on the quietest night apparently).
Bombay Palace in London (I think its near the embankment), expensive but excellent.
Anyone know any excellent ones in Birmingham city centre?
