Hi folks,
hoping somebody can point me in the right direction to achieve this.....if it is achieveable that is
We have around 105 word documents that are a contents list for an individual piece of kit
The original 105 documents relate to 1 combined item....we have 6 combined items that are exactly the same as the original
My question is is it possible to later only 1 data field per word document automatically to update across the remaining 5 combined items
as an example se below
BLAH/HF5/001
BLAH/HF5/002
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
BLAH/HF5/105
We need to change the HF5 to
HF4
HF3
HF2
HF6
HF1
This is the only variable data field but naturally it needs to change across ALL 105 documents per HF
Can this be done as an automatic update or do we need to open up each individual document and alter then save?
