can anybody recommend a good lender that can help small business's at the moment obtain a mortgage?

You would probably benefit from using a broker for this, as they normally have connections with lots of lenders,and they do all the chasing around and research for you.
Alot of the time they will also get their fee from the lender so it shouldn't cost you anything.
I would suggest googling "commecial mortgage brokers in ***" with ***being the name of your local area.
