I imagine the poster has a vested interest in posting this thread but no link has been dropped so it's impartial enough to leave in place for a debate.
I think what people should realise and give more credit for, is that business owners do know that it probably is more cost-effective to outsource certain elements of their business, not jst payroll, but at the end of the day, these business owners have to prioritise where they can afford to do that in the first place.
These payroll companies often have poor websites but try convincing them they would benefit from a new one! Hmmmm![]()
