Raising finance

There is a business in Leicestershire with work in progress of £125k with further annual fees of possible £75k which is looking for a short term investment of £15k - £20k with a possible return of £5k

This investment is needed to fund further work in progress and new projects.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?? Note, this is not my business but have relevant contact details etc.
