Handling Food

Got another business idea that Mrs Jee and I are thinking about setting up.

It will involve repackaging food, so what are the laws and regulations for this? It'll be dried goods only.

Food is just as strict as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics which is what I was heavily involved in prior to Calibre Designs.

You are in for a steep ride I can tell you.

I second that Kay! I had EHO visits every year - much easier than Ofsted

, mind you they will put you on a course to tell you how to store cheese in a fridge

I've been trying to narrow down my flooring costs. Health & safety say I should have full non slip. Enviromental health say no as you can't keep it clean I need something half way between

oh, and I had the one where Social services wanted our fire extinguishers in a certain place and the Fire dept wanted them in another place, we had to have two places allocated and move it for each visit
