I personally would try and stick to advertising at the market you intend serving i.e the future bride and groom through bridal fairs/shows and placing ads in local press and/or bridal shops and florists or even better still rather than using hotels use the bridal shop/florist or any other busines associated with a wedding day (limousine/ wedding day cars). The reason i say this is that if for whatever reason somebody picksfault with the hotel or venue - food not good enough or table decorations poor or bad service from waiters/waitresses then this could have a negative impression on your business as you would seem to be associated with them and yes this could happen with the other options listed above but i personally have heard less complaints about the wedding dress or the flowers or even the cars than i have heard people moan about the actual wedding venue or reception being below standard for the price - just my thoughts but maybe something worth thinking about
Also contacting the businesses i suggested would be easier to to get to the decision maker as generally the owner would be busy working in the shop, and these businesses would be far more appreciative being included on a dvd advertising themselves and they serve the target market you are aiming to provide this service to
