Hey guys and gals,

Was just wondering, did any of you guys use a company formation service and who did you use? Better to get opinions than a simple Google result

Westbury.co.uk (Companies Made Simple) at just £24.99 for basic formation. Great to deal with, Oscar is prompt with replying to email queries too.

I use these too as very good. Set up my last company before my bath had finished running

and support v good.

I used the above for the most recent company formation - hassle free and setup within a few working hours.

There are a number of company formation specialists on the forums (including a few A1 members) who all provide a pretty efficient service.

My recommendation is to use a company such as this rather than 'diy'.

The physical documents usually arrive within a few days of completion

If its a basic and straightforward company set up, then DIY, is fine if you feel comfident you know what you are doing, but anything more complex I wold also advise you take professional advice. I think that applies to most financial and legal situations.

Did you have to get the Bronze plus service to get the physichal documentation?
