Default Latest site idea to be developed

Hi all,

Just realised that my migration from uksbf has not included all my posts I made over there... going to have to abbreviate the links!... not happy!

Anyway. I have come up with the following idea which I am currently having developed. nonleaguesponsor dot com will be live at the end of August but I would appreciate your feedback on the idea and have attached the initial spec below.

Cheers.
Initial specification for nonleaguesponsor dot com
Overview
Nonleaguesponsor dot com will be aimed at local, school, college and university teams who require sponsorship to support the club.
The logical process of nonleaguesponsor dot com must be thought of like rentacoder , elance or oDesk where you have 1 person(The team) offering a service and the other (The Business) offering money and the site manages the interchange via a set of rules.
We will be providing the link for small teams to find local businesses to sponsor various parts of the club.
General points:
·Registration will be free for both parties.
·Nonleaguesponsor dot com will take 10% of any sponsorship deal as our commission during checkout
·Social bookmarking must be present as much as possible to maximise propagation of the site through viral networking.
·Terminology must be all UK, no mention of ZIP codes or States!
·Whilst we cannot force people to trade through us we need to encourage it as much as possible and have the ability to disable accounts if we find out people have traded away from the site.
·We require the site to be hosted on our shared server. We will provide full access for implementation and once developed and payment is complete the developing company will have no claim to any of the site or intellectual property rights. The entire site will become the property of EKM Group. We are happy to provide advanced access to the server before agreeing terms for the developing company to ensure they can work with our systems.
·All source code, graphics and any other associated files will also be turned over to EKM Group and EKM Group will be the sole owner of these files after payment is complete.

I envisage the whole project will be split into 5 separate projects the first of which we are looking to achieve in this bid and would look to put the rest through the same company as the site gains popularity, they will be:
1.The creation of the basic site allowing both teams and businesses to sign up and provide a service to allow businesses to purchase sponsorship from a local team and the site must manage the process, add the commission and process the deal without interaction from us.
2.The option for teams to upgrade their membership for a fee to allow a microsite for the team.
3.The integration of preferred suppliers on our part so that if a business sponsors a sports kit then we can force our website logo to be printed too.
4.Possible introduction of a bidding system for sponsorship to maximise revenue
5.The expansion of the team microsites to allow uploading of pictures, video etc.

Functionality required for phase one:
For teams:
·Secure login
During registration we need to establish all the usual details and also what sponsorship they have available this could be as follows but not limited to:
oSponsor the kit
oBill Boards at games
They must also list how much exposure they believe the sponsorship will generate, broken down by each offering.
Details of how long the sponsorship will last for is also essential.
·The teams listing should be professional, clean and fully web 2.0 compatible. There must be the ability for the team to have uploaded a logo and this must be displayed. The listing should also detail the sponsorship available and also the pricing.
·When a business wants to get sponsorship they need to ‘apply’ for the sponsorship as it may not still be available if sold elsewhere. Much like how contractors apply for contracts on rentacoder or elance.
·If the team agrees with the application then the site will collect payment from the business + our 10% via Paypal and pass the rest to the team.
·At this point we will provide a HTML VAT receipt to the business via email and a purchase order for the sponsorship amount via email to the team.
For Businesses:
·Secure login
During registration we need to establish all the usual details and also what sponsorship they are looking to make. This could be as follows but not limited to:
oSponsor the kit
oBill Boards at games
·The business listing should be professional, clean and fully web 2.0 compatible. There must be the ability for the business to have uploaded a logo and this must be displayed. The listing should also detail the sponsorship wanted and also the pricing. As an incentive to get businesses to sign up we want this to also be a business listing so the ability for the business to enter details of what they do will be required.
·The business must be able to search for sponsorship available in their local area and apply for any they wish to proceed with. It must be made clear that applying for the sponsorship is a commitment to pay if the team accept.
·If the team agrees with the application then the site will collect payment from the business + our 10% via Paypal and pass the rest to the team.
·At this point we will provide a HTML VAT receipt to the business via email and a purchase order for the sponsorship amount via email to the team.
When we pass the deal over we also need to pass over details of what has been agreed and contact details of the company for them to speak.

I look forward to hearing from you

Hi

There is far too much text to take in here, perhaps shorter concise chunks??
