Taking on board what was mentioned in my last post and reading it from a 3rd party point of view... I agree that posting the spec may not have been the best idea for people to get an idea of what I want to achieve!

Basic principle is that every non league team in the UK (Thousands of them) struggle to find sponsorship to see them through the season.

Each club will have up to 20 teams from under 6's through to veterans so offer a varying market for sponsors.

nonleaguesponsor dot com will operate a lot like elance in that we will facilitate the transaction between sponsor and club.

Site goes live at the end of August so any advice on getting business awareness of this would be appreciated.

Hi

as this is advice on strarting a business (as opposed to marketing it) what is it you specifically need help with in the start up phase?

and what do you mean by '...gettingbusiness awareness of this...'?

Errr... The help I need is peoples experience on getting awareness of a site to UK businesses for minimum expenditure... Sorry if that was not clear! :-D

We have some great marketing help on A1 and especially, from Admagic, so I suggest you look up his profile and read his posts for some great marketing tips, espcially when it comes to web conversion and attracting traffic.
