How do you refund your security deposit?

I current have customers using PayPal but its working out to be hassle as they always forget to verify their accounts??

Im tying to avoid being charged for refunding.

I thought that if you refunded within so many days and the full amount, there was no charge?

So far I have only discovered PayPal who do not charge for refunds. Its a nightmare!

ah right I see, that's a bugger then! You may have to build the costs in as an overhead then. What about Google checkout?
