we have been online for ten years, but in the last three years online sales have steadily grown fast, last year they represented about 40 percent of our turnover, this year over 50 percent - and the web site takes more than our bricks and mortar shop.

you cant overestimate the value of a web site, people use google instead of the phone book these days. But you have to have your own Domain for all sorts of reasons, including looking more businesslike.
