Such a great shame about Nochex. At one point they were the only ones even close to taking-on PayPal and winning. They blew it.

Yes i must admit it was my fault for not checking out the full contract, but when you verball agree on the service which you've been promised and the option to transfering the funds direct to my bank, which is the reason i signed up, and end up signing to something completely different where Nochex Keeps every single pound of my Customers money for more than 6 months, how do they expect the goods to be paid for??

They lie to you on the phone about the type of service you'd be getting, they even had the cheek to tell me they are better than paypal.

Now i have used up my own money to get the customer their goods and now have to wait until march 2010 to get my money.

Can't see this as being an ideal merchant set up for a small business.

I've voiced my concerns about the validity of the contract, Their lies and the false claims they've sent me in their emails. Did they try and explain their actions?? no, I signed the contract and thats all they are saying.

Thats why i can't believe it, a company which advertising one way and gets you to sign a contract for something completely different.

I still can't believe it that i won't get my money till next year

and to be honest Paypal have improved a hell of a lot in the past year, been using them from day one, with my online store, not a problem to report at all, I get paid (average £500 - £600 per order) and now for £5 i can have it in my bank within 24 hrs, Brilliant
