Just wondering if anyone is using the Actinic Payment Service at all ? I have been considering it for awhile but interested if anyone has any experience of it first hand.

I looked at it years ago but declined it. as at the time it was expensive ..

No integration needed as it comes inside the box of 8.5.3 so it is just a case of selecting and then configuring with your details.

The main issues compared to other PSP's I work with for integration are;

• Reliability - Issues occur quite often. Downtime can be high
• Support resolution - If needed can be cumbersome and slow
• Cost - Proves to be quite expensive when you consider all the above
