Default Not making sense

Over the past 2 days I have had 5 orders

BUT they have all failed as in they have entered all theri details gone through to payment (Paypal) and then not completed

The strange thing today is that I have a "test" order been placed, as in they went through checkout but put test in all the fields that needed filling out, this can't be to find out delivery charges as mine are clearly pointed out on the site.

I'm not sure if it is just me or some thing weird going on. I have got someone to put a test order through and it went ok, no problems at all. And I can't see that amount of people deciding not to have the products all at once.

I have emailed each one that I could but no response.

Is it possible that EKM Powershop have placed the 'test' order on your website? We use Actinic and I know that if we have registered a problem with their support desk, they will often put test orders through to check everything is functioning correctly? It may be worth checking with EKM.

Perhaps the other attempted orders were from another company or a competitor testing your shopping cart software.

If you have a contact number, try telephoning them to find out why they abandoned the order. There could be a problem which you aren't aware of and this is a good way to find out.

Well for the first time in my business history I have had a busiest day (Wednesday) 5 orders but all failed because the company I use to host and have my template with had a massive security problem and all their servers went funny, just happened to be on my most productive day order wise
