also, sign up for free BT text alert service. When people leave a 1571 message (not an ansafone message) you get a text alert to your mobile straight away. You can then ring home as normal, press the star button and listen to the message and call the caller back if necessary. You only pay for the text alert on your BT phonebill, and the cost to phone home to listen to the message. The 2nd line calls and mesages go through just like the main landline.

HB, for what you pay with VM with the extra phone line you may as well get the VOiP package from Skype.
Free international calls and skype in/out number for about 8 quid a month I think. Good thing about that also is, well, international calls are free and I know there not with VM. It's a good option to go down to certainly consider. KP

Who am I going to ring internationally?
 Only problem is if the phone gets too busy then it counts towards my overall bandwidth usage and may eventually be throttled...

Hi guys,
When you visit my online store and click contact us, there is a message form but also my details at the bottom of the screen. My policy is to be 100% available for my customers and I agree it is frustrating, especially if there is only and e-mail which does not prompt a reply! (I have been on the end of that!)
