We have our geo phone number in big letters (well numbers) in the banner plus the lo call rate number in the footer and our physical office address on the about us page - do you think that is enough?
I agree, I hate sites that don't have proper contact details and I think that Trading Standards do random checks and then chase you up if you don's comply with the legislation. Arabella
