I've just been on Google to see that the lights are out!!

Today is Earth Hour and from 8-9pm local time we should switch off all lights as a commitment to energy conservation.

Does however reinforce strongly my dislike of black screens and white text.
I agree with lights out hour though, and am trying to impose it FOREVER in my house (how come so many lights are on, when they can't even reach the lightswitches!!!!!

oh right, i typed forward first then thought I got it wrong and edited it to back! I can never remember which way around it it. We forgot to do it last year!
