I work for a print firm, one of our production machine automatically trims paper, so in the end we have bags of shredded paper. The paper is similar to tracing paper.
Does anyone have a use for it? To me it just seems to be a waste.

I use shedded paper as packing for my masks when i post them out
This is a good question where to use all scraps of the paper and not only paper there is so many kinds of materials and we could use it.I personally think this is all about government regulation. Some people can have a idea and dedication but to make the impact there has to be some global government regulation about the waste.
Yes using it for packing is a fantastic idea.
Do you have a hamster?![]()
I use shredded paper for packing too. My dear council say my business is too small to collect any card/paper for recycling, so paper gets shredded, most boxes are re-used to send out orders in any other go in the home re-cycling. I know I'm not supposed to but I cannot bring myself to throw it away!
It also makes good bedding for rabbits, ferrets etc..
