What is the value of off-setting a website!!!

I could sell carbon neutral websites and make more money, as I would add £1.50 to the price, then charge the customer an extra £100 as an admin fee for adding their website to a list!!!

Why not start by scrapping incentives for people buying brand new cars...it is not the CO2 emissions from the car, it is the CO2 emmissions from making the car that is killing the planet (supposedly) or scrap the money wasted on EPC for houses. It is because my house is apparantly soo ineffient that I have lower bills!!!
