Is it the clock at the bottom of the page that's the problem i.e.
All times are GMT. The time now is 08:08 PM. and are the times on the posts correct?

That time is the last time you last logged on, not the current time.
You had be confused at first, I couldn't work out why your time was out by minutes. If it was just the hours that were wrong I could understand it but by minutes seemed very odd indeed.
