Have you got the correct time zone set in your profile?

If you registered before Ray set the default to GMT then yours is probably set to PST.

the 24 hour clock is right.

the one on this sight may not be perfectly syncronised maybe a bit like ernie wise's piano playing all the right notes ,but not neccessarily in the right order.
