Thanks for some support. I paid £545 to a local printer dot com for printing that is so poor i cannot use it. I emailed the company asking for a solution and they haven't replied to a single correspondence.

I would never treat my own customers this way.

No but it is standard practice where comments could be libellous without knowing the full facts.

I'm in a PM discussion now with Sanorman and I'll personally pass the info to Ray.

As far as I'm concerned this is now subject closed.

Sanorman - have you tried to speak to Ray first before taking this kind of action? I am sure it would not have resulted this if you had done this beforehand as Ray is very approachable.
