Once again, it is the mods decision as to the post content and if it should be allowed or not.

Believe me, the mods had to go through a rigorous selection procedure which included an assault course, sniper training and testing of their ability to count without using parts of their anatomy.

I think to join a forum just to lay into a company that is a member (or not) counts as flaming, but I'm happy to make the rules more explicit.

Like I say, I will be replying - but only because I choose to as Forum Leader.

I would not expect another company or member to be put in this position though.

This is a business community, help and advice forum - not a free for all place to post attacks on a company.

If we allowed that, the forum would quickly descend into farce.

Perhaps you should choose to reply to my concerns as the company owner and not forum leader. If your company had the courtesy to at least reply to my emails and my letter in the first place, my course of action wouldn't have been necessary.

As it's now been over 24 hours since my original post and you said that your staff were looking into the matter can I now please have a reply as to why my emails and recorded delivery letters to your company over the last two months have gone unanswered.
