Ray needs to look into this thoroughly before he responds to you. He has already stated on the public forum that it is his intention to respond once he has established all the facts regarding this issue and being a man of his word, Ray will respond in due course. John (IP2) is spot on when he says this should be done by PM as opposed to here on the forum.
I think what actually Ray meant when he said that he would respond as forum leader, is that A1 is nothing to do with ALP because the 2 are separate entities, therefore it does not mean Ray has to respond back publicly via A1 for an ALP issue.
I am sure that if Ray found what you say is correct, he would be the first to apologise to you. Just give him a chance to check out what has happened first.
Perhaps you should choose to reply to my concerns as the company owner and not forum leader. If your company had the courtesy to at least reply to my emails and my letter in the first place, my course of action wouldn't have been necessary.
As it's now been over 24 hours since my original post and you said that your staff were looking into the matter can I now please have a reply as to why my emails and recorded delivery letters to your company over the last two months have gone unanswered.

Well it’s over a month later and guess what ?
I still haven’t has a reply from Ray from “A Local Printer”.
This is despite your comment above on 20th May that “I will respond tomorrow”.
This will come as a surprise to the many on this forum who jumped to your defence when I posted a thread about my dissatisfaction with your company and the poor quality of the work you had supplied to me.
More importantly the fact that your company have completely ignored a number of emails and a recorded delivery letter from me.
This poor customer service left me with no option but to talk you via your own forums.
Needless to say my original post here outlining the issues was quickly deleted by your administrators.
The fact that I am still waiting for a reply from you will come as a surprise to those who jumped to your defence on this forum and hopefully will serve as a warning to anybody else here who is considering using your company for their printing needs.
I have waited a month before following this up, in order to receive my credit card statement to see whether you had refunded me as I have requested. But of course, you haven’t.
So once again I ask – Can you please tell me why you haven’t replied my emails, letters and now my forum postings?
