Im no doubt making myself unpopular, though that is not my aim by any stretch, but please,
if a forum thread is locked fair enough, but it is hardly fair for the moderators to then keep posting in it adding their opinions, it stops being a forum then by definition
Kay posted on that thread not knowing it had been locked and also not knowing that Ray was in the process of sorting out the issue.
From what I understand, Ray is confirming the situation with his staff and then, if necessary, will post a response to the original thread which wasn't deleted, just hidden until the issue was straightened out.
Can you add to a thread even when it ois locked then? I didnt know that, but now I do!
Mods and admins can but it's not a good idea for the reasons Mike has pointed out

ok well like i said, from your pov thats fine, but we cant see what you see, so it looks like censorship
Then you will just have to trust us
The same course of action would have been taken for any members business as it is unfair on the business owner if they are unable to respond immediately.
It is always better to resolve this sort of issue off the board.
Now if the company in question is BT or Virgin, well that's slightly different
Can i suggest more prominent forum rules then, as a quick search by myself and I can find nowhere that states this? If anything this may be the lesson from all this.
