Easy....go here, type in what you want to be alerted about....get ready for lots of emails.!

Oh dear I see what you mean, I just put in country couples and within 3 seconds got an email with a zillion topics about "country" or about "couples" but nothing about country couples. Oh good, more spam.

You might be able to be more specific...ie exact phrase match but dont know how to do it yet...will have a dig

I have an alert set up for 'Oldham freecycle'. At first I got alerts for everywhere I had been promoting it but now I just get alerts if anyone discusses it, which is handy.

I would try "country couples" using the quotes Sally.

This is great for keeping an eye on competitor activities.

It's amazing how quickly the A1 posts are updated though.
