Free admin for the day - what should she do?

Morning folks, hope you all enjoyed your Easter weekend and now it's back to normal, whatever that may be!

My daughter is an office administrator and is waiting to start her next temp job this week (she's temping until she goes into the army this summer). She's bored and has offered to help me out today. So, any suggestions for what she can do for a few hours?

Is there anything you need researched on the web? Competitors keywords or anything like that.

Is your invoicing up to date?

Making tea?

Wish her luck in the army, I loved my time and wish I was still young enough to do it all again.

When is your year end for accounts........is there anything that needs to be ready for 1st April?

Tea is always a good one
I ALWAYS have stuff that needs filing properly or sorting into bundles

What is she doing in the Army? wish her luck

well she can make nice coffee but I just make my own when I want one. She can type pretty fast. The filing is all cleared, and no accounts that she can do (its not worth my time learning her as that would negate the objective and take up my time today which I dont have.

Cleanse & obtain email addresses?
Sorting out receipts and attaching to expense claim sheets?

How about chasing clients on the enquiries you received but heard nothing from?

Look in the local phone book for potential clients, check to see if they have a website. If they don't then they should be on your target list. If they do have a site and it looks rubbish then they can be in the 2nd column of your target list.
