Most of our clients in the UK will be receiving a panettone plus some bottles of decent Italian wine. Not very imaginative I suppose.

P.S. I took a peep at your website Catka. One of my mates had a hoodie on today which had me in stitches. It had a great big carrot printed on it and read something like 'I love vegetarians, more meat for me'.

Most of my clients from other countries,we usually send special gift that can't buy in market.DIY or collect some product in a set, then send to the clients. They often said"Jill, you always give me surprise".I'm happy. And get more orders.

Depends how loyal during the year they have been , and what they spent etc.Normally good ones get a mix of Wines , Chocolates , and a few pens diaries etc..If they get no gifts they get the hump .. so it just gives me a peaceful life which i like..
