If you have a paypal account you can get a Prepaid Paypal Visa Debit
https://www.paypal-marketing.co.uk/topupcard/index.htm
Its great for transfering funds next day from your paypal account.
or you can get a Virgin Prepaid Mastercard, which lets you top up via paypoints.
I have both, which i use to buy things online as its a lot safer than using a credit card.
if your details are compromised you can just get another card and the most your ever going to lose is the small amount you have on it as opposed to say £5,000 or £8,000 worth of credit.
I get quite a few paypal payments so the paypal debit card works for me for business expenses and i use the virgin one for my petrol expenses.
The Paypal card costs £5 and the Virgin Card costs £9.95

and here is a list of all the ones you can get, chose one yourself

Beware top-up limits on the Paypal card, and top-up charges when topping up from anything but Paypal.
And its classed as Electron so you can't use it in some circumstances such as pay-at-the-pump petrol stations (but you can over the counter).
Otherwise I like the Paypal, its the one I use.

The Paypal Card is a Visa Debit Card, not electronYou can use it anywhere you see the visa sign. Electron cards have the electron logo (see below) on them as opposed to just the visa logo.
I can transfer £1000 a week to my Paypal card from my Paypal account and if i havn't got the money in Paypal it takes it from my funding source which happens to be my bank account
I've never had to top up anywhere else with my paypal card![]()

I know its not Electron, but its effectively 'electronic use only' as its says on the card.
It can be used where you see the VISA sign but not at pay-at-the-pump petrol stations etc.
There are weekly, monthly and calendar year top up limits on the Paypal card, I know because I can't use mine again until January.
