I imagine we all have a few tips for how to get your business website noticed.
I thought maybe we could all try to post an idea or two each.
To get the ball rolling, heres a few of mine.
1) I put my website address on every envelope I send out (even bill payments). You never know who gets to see it and it costs nothing.
2) Someone I knew who was a regular at his local library used to put a slip into every book in one particular section that was relevent to his business!

Using the BACK of your business card to make an offer for an entry level product or service (generally the "free report" ) downloadable from website - that gives people a reason to come and look - most business cards only have contact details
The back of business cards is invaluable real estate! There should at very least be a USP and/or testimonial
Good customer service can drastically improve your sales. If you go above and beyond the call of duty to provide a quality service you will find that customers will actually WANT to tell others about your business. Spend an extra hour on a client and you might just find that they'll forward another 1-2+ clients your way.
